Clothes. You should wear clothes.  Seriously though, it depends on the shoot. If we're doing a newborn shoot, then light coloured tops, either plain or pastel work well. We don't want brightly coloured clothes to distract from the baby. Also, a plain black T-shirt if you have one, although we have these at the studio. White is always a good safe choice for newborn shoots. For a family shoot-Any combination that works well together. Lay the clothes out on a bed before putting on. If there's one article that really stands out from the rest, consider changing it to something else that blends in a bit more.
